These Terms of Service are an agreement between Metricwise and the person or organization using our services. By creating an account, accessing Metricwise, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using Metricwise

Metricwise provides business intelligence software, data workflows, AI-assisted analysis, and related services. You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any order form or subscription terms that apply to your account.

You are responsible for the activity in your workspace, the accuracy of information you provide, and ensuring that your users comply with these Terms.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. If you believe an account has been compromised, notify us promptly.

If you use Metricwise on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data, files, credentials, queries, dashboards, and other content you submit to Metricwise. You grant Metricwise the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and improve the services.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit customer data to Metricwise, including any personal data or regulated data.

AI-assisted features

Metricwise may include AI-assisted features that summarize, transform, or generate analysis from your inputs and connected data. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect, so you should review output before relying on it for business decisions.

Use of AI-assisted features may involve optional processing by listed sub-processors where those features are enabled.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls in the services.
  • Do not use Metricwise to process unlawful content or to violate the rights of others.
  • Do not share credentials, access tokens, or workspace access with unauthorized users.

Subscriptions and payment

Fees, billing periods, renewal terms, usage limits, and cancellation rights are described in the applicable order form, checkout flow, or pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Warranties and liability

Metricwise is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metricwise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers. Continued use of Metricwise after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
