What is Diversity Ratio?

How to calculate it

Calculate Diversity Ratio as: Headcount of group / Total headcount × 100. Pull the inputs from your connected data and track the trend over time in your dashboard.

Why it matters

Diversity ratio measures the representation of a demographic group in the workforce and tracks progress against diversity goals. It supports a more inclusive culture and helps the organization reflect its customers and community. An aggregate figure can hide gaps at leadership levels, so it should be cut by seniority.
